- If 15 days have passed since the purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to give you a refund or change the item.
- In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the same condition (state) as you’ve received it.
- For the return to be completed, a receipt or any other evidence of the purchase must be provided.

DELAYED REFUND OR NON-REFUND
- If you didn’t get a refund, please check your bank account first.
- Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time until the refund to be officially registered.
- Then, contact the bank. There is often a time to process a refund before it is registered.

SALES
- You can only get a refund for fixed price items, you cannot get a refund for items on sale
EXCHANGE
- We only exchange the defected or damaged items. If you have to exchange with a similar item, send an email at: office@fuyor.ro and send the item to this address: no 140, Calea Dudești, 1st floor, area 3, Bucharest, RO 031087
- The transportation cost for the exchange of items is paid by the customer
DELIVERY (SHIPPING)
- To return an item you have to deliver it at: no 140, Calea Dudești, 1st floor, area 3, Bucharest, RO 031087
- You will be responsible for the payment of the returned item transportation costs.
- The shipping-fee is non-refundable. If you get a refund the cost of the return transportation will be taken out of the refund.
- The time required to exchange an item may vary, depending on your location.
