Online payment is secure and when you finish your order, you will be redirected to your payment provider.
Once your order is registered, it will be confirmed, by email or text message, by one of our operators.
Your order will be ready in 3 to 10 working days according to our pending orders.
As soon as your order is confirmed, it will get to you in 3 to 10 working days. Our company collaborates with various shipping companies for delivery.
We decline the responsibility for any delivery delay due to courier.
Of course .We can customize a large variety of items. We can hand-paint your ideas on T-shirts, jeans, jackets, sneakers and so on. You just give us an idea and we’ll take care of the rest.
Fuyor T-shirts are hand-painted. We are using special fabric paint and a heat-fix mechanism for a better fixation of the paint into the fabric.
For a lasting effect, we recommend hand-washing or a short programme on the washing machine.
We replace the items only if they are defective, damaged or if the size doesn’t fit.
If you have to exchange with a similar item, please send an email at office@fuyor.ro and one of our operators will contact you.
Please pay a special attention to the size and the model that you want to customize because we don’t exchange customized items.
Email us a return application at office@fuyor.ro . You will receive an answer in 2 working days, the most. In order for your product to be returned, it has to be in the same state as you received it, unused, in its original package.
The shipping cost is non-refundable. If you do get a refund, the return transportation cost will be taken out of the refund.
One of our operators will email you or call you to confirm that your returned items are in our possession.
