- Each order takes 3-5 days depending on the complexity of the model.

- Washing in water solution with universal detergent or soap, at 80 - 100 degrees Celsius, then rinse in clean water the products can be disinfected by boiling also in water and detergent solutions.
- The products are not disinfected by treatments with substances such as chlorine or washing with soda and strongly alkaline soaps, in order to avoid destruction of the product and not to damage the user's epidermis.
- After washing, the products are dried freely, away from heat sources and ironed at 150 degrees Celsius.
- The ordered products are delivered based on the options chosen by the customer at the time of issuing the order, on the checkout page.
- The delivery method offered by us is by express courier.
- The delivery time is 3-5 days, depending on the destination.
- The shipping cost is calculated at the time of the order based on the chosen destination, on the checkout page.
